X-Stop monitors and blocks Web (HTTP) and file transfers (FTP) that lead to pornographic or offensive sites. X-Stop also searches out and blocks sources containing dangerous information such as bomb-making instructions. New pornographic sites are added daily, sometimes within hours of the site going online! X-Stop issues an HTML block page when a violation occurs.

Search Engine Monitor
X-Stop is activated to monitor and block select Internet searches for pornography. X-Stop deciphers which searches are solely intended to return pornographic sites, then blocks the search — not the search engine (i.e., Billy can’t search on words such as “porn”).
